GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • RENEW Toronto 2025 will take place at two locations this year.

    Day 1 will be at Canada Event Centre in Whitby, ON on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 6 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

    Day 2 will be at Canada Event Centre in Whitby, ON on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.

    Day 3 will be at St Michael’s Cathedral Basilica on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at 2 p.m. Cardinal Leo will celebrate Mass.

  • RENEW Toronto is open to ALL – men, women, single, married, students and young professionals from the ages of 18 to 39.

  • Doors will open at 6 p.m. on the Friday and 8 a.m. on the Saturday. You are welcome to come early to visit the marketplace, chat with exhibitors and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea.

  • Please indicate what your food allergies and/or dietary needs are on your registration form. If you would like to discuss them with our team more thoroughly, please email youth@archtoronto.org.

  • Yes, we are able to give you a refund. However, you will be asked to cover any processing fees. The deadline to request a refund is November 5, 2025.

  • Nursing babies in arms are welcome. There will be a nursing room available in the venue. Please contact our team to arrange accommodations if you have any special requirements please email us at youth@archtoronto.org.

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

  • Registration is open! Be sure to save your spot by registering here.

  • Early bird tickets will be available for a limited time. Be sure to snag a discounted ticket before early bird ends on September 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

  • Your conference pass includes: conference name badge, coffee/tea and water throughout the day, lunch, talks by our keynote and workshop speakers, praise & worship, access to marketplace vendors & exhibitors, Adoration and Mass.

  • We encourage groups to attend RENEW Toronto together and the platform will allow you to purchase multiple tickets. However, to ease the registration process for everyone, registration information is collected on an individual basis, so be sure to have everyone's info handy!

  • Early bird ends on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. but the final day to register is November 5, 2025.

LOCATION & TRAVEL QUESTIONS

  • Yes, there is plenty of complimentary parking available on-site.

  • If you' are in need of a ride OR can offer one, we have set up a carpool page to help you connect with others travelling from your area.

  • The venue is fully accessible. If you’d like to discuss your needs prior to the Conference, please email youth@archtoronto.org.
