We invite you to become a sponsor/exhibitor for the RENEW Toronto Young Adult Conference on Christ the King Weekend (Friday, November 20th - Saturday, November 21st, 2026).
The RENEW Toronto Conference is a great way to engage with young adults from all stages of life; young adult professionals, young singles, students, young couples etc. As well as, clergy, religious, campus ministers, young adult ministry leaders and representatives from small Catholic businesses and organizations.
It is our mission to give young adults an encounter with Jesus Christ but we can’t do this on our own! You will benefit from the brand exposure to hundreds of young adults, you are ultimately an integral partner in leading them to Jesus. You are the face and inspiration that many young adults are seeking to ignite the fire to help them RENEW their call to mission and community. We hope that by collaborating together we can form leaders, encourage young families and inspire souls to grow deeper in love with Jesus.

We are pleased to offer a limited number of Sponsored Tables during our Friday and Saturday programming – a unique opportunity for your organization to engage directly with attendees in a meaningful and personal way.
Purpose of Sponsored Tables
Make a larger impact this year with increased exposure at one of our designated discussion tables! This year you will have a unique opporunity for your mission or organization to engage directly with attendees in a meaningful and personal way by sponsoring a table in Manna Hall. This will be a great way to step away from your booth or large crowds and have a personal encounter with young adults. Take this time to share information about your mission by engaging in meaningful conversations over lunch or breaks throughout the day. For more information please refer to our sponsorship package.

Tabling Guidelines:
Sales are not permitted at the tables, vendors must purchase a booth in our marketplace.
Large signage or displays are not allowed – the setup must remain minimal.
Each table will have space for small-scale marketing materials (e.g., brochures, postcards, business cards).
The add-on pricing is only available with a purchase of a general admin ticket or the purchase of a sponsorship package.

* Can’t make it to the conference in person but still want to be part of the mission? You can still sponsor a discussion table and send us your marketing materials to be shared with attendees! It’s a great way to get your mission in front of young adults even if you’re not on-site. The cost to sponsor a discussion table is $100.
