Vendor Opportunity

We love having a variety of Catholic vendors at our annual RENEW Toronto Young Adult Conference. This year the conference will take place at Canada Event Centre from November 21-23, 2025.

You will have the opportunity to engage with young adults from all stages of life; students, young adult professionals, young couples, young singles etc. As well as, clergy, religious, campus ministers, young adult ministry leaders and representatives from Catholic organizations. Our mission is to help young adults encounter Jesus Christ in a real and powerful way, and we know we can’t do that alone. Your presence at the event isn’t just about promoting your brand; it's about being a partner in something bigger—helping lead hearts to Christ.

Young adults are eager to support local Catholic businesses and with Advent and Christmas coming up shortly after the conference, many attendees will be looking for meaningful, high-quality gifts from vendors they can trust. It’s the perfect opportunity to showcase what you offer while making a real impact.

Standard Vendor Booth Includes: 

Starting at $200

Conference Pass
Includes access for 1 representative for the full weekend. 

Booth Space 
One table with a tablecloth and one chair will be provided. 

Online Promotion

  • Logo + website link on the RENEW Toronto website

  • Promotion of a featured product and link on RENEW social media

  • Placement alongside other vendors on our Marketplace landing page 

Security will be available in the marketplace to allow vendors the opportunity to experience the conference during key conference times.

Marketplace Hours: 

The Marketplace will be open in the evening on Friday and throughout the day on Saturday, with brief pauses during: 

  • Keynote Talks

  • Mass 

  • Adoration
