WHAT TO EXPECT
Date: November 20-21, 2026
Location: Scarborough, ON
Time: Friday from 5 PM to 11 PM. Saturday from 7 AM to 7 PM. Volunteer shifts vary.
Volunteer Ticket Cost:
Friday Only - $35
Saturday Only - $70
Both Days, No Accommodations - $90
Both Days, With Shared Accommodations - $110
You will enjoy the same food/drink as the participants + a volunteer snack lounge. You will not be expected to volunteer the entire day and will have the opportunity to participate in some of the conference.

REGISTRATION
Volunteers welcome and assist conference attendees by managing check‑in and handing out attendee kits, while also supporting basic first aid coordination and emergency procedures by alerting appropriate personnel.
LITURGY
The Liturgy team plays a crucial role in ensuring a prayerful and reverent environment throughout the event. Volunteers assist with Adoration setup and cleanup, confession lines and assist in the chapel. They also support Holy Mass through ushering and lectoring.
PRODUCTION/DOCUMENTATION
Love tech or capturing moments? On the production and documentation team, volunteers help with audio, videography, photography, editing, lighting and visuals. We will need a few volunteers to show up early and stay late.
PAR-EX
Par-Ex is short for “Participant Experience.” Volunteers will guide and greet participants from the parking lot to the front entrance and help create a welcoming and joyful environment throughout the day.
FOOD
Help with set up/clean up of the concession, distribution of food and managing lines. Ensure the coffee and tea stations remain stocked and upkeep of the green rooms. This role includes some heavy lifting.
LOGISTICS
Enjoy being behind the scenes? Logistics volunteers will help prepare the stage, setup breakout rooms, move tables and chairs, change garbages and wipe up spills. We will need a few volunteers to help all-day Friday and stay late Saturday.
MARKETPLACE
Be available to help marketplace vendors and sponsor exhibitors with set-up, tear down, security, coffee/water runs, washroom coverage, etc. May be required to assist other areas if needed ie. food, holding doors, line management, etc.
